Job Responsibilities
- ① Responsible for customer problem analysis and positioning of wireless data module;
- ② LOG can be captured on site to assist R&D to reproduce and locate problems;
- ③ Responsible for customer's hardware and software technical support;
- ④ Familiar with LINUX system;
- ⑤ Certification technical support, field test;
Job requirements
- ① Bachelor degree (inclusive) or above, major in computer and electronic communication;
- ② Good English ability, able to read and write documents;
- ③ Strong learning ability, rigorous work style, able to withstand certain work pressure;
- ④ Good language skills and team spirit, strong communication skills;
